So Many Parties - So Many Shoes!
Shoes will be my undoing! I have to keep hiding them from the Significant Other. They not only drive him insane when he trips over them but he can't believe the number of pairs of women's designer shoes that I have or the fact that I just bought some new ones (again!). I do have certain rave shoes that I buy almost without a reason! Metallics, ankle straps, sandals in heels or without like espadrilles, etc. etc. Like I said I just love shoes. I think the designers are doing some good stuff right now and I accumulated a whole bunch of new party shoes this holiday season.
I shop at Nordstrom's because they have a great selection of women's designer shoes and I can online shop there and then hie me to Providence Place where they have a store and that's just close by. So I get to try them on the same day and take them home. No lines! No waiting! No returns! Can't beat it!I still have some party dates on the calendar and I do need a couple of pairs of darling shoes to top off my ensembles. I'm wearing a very sexy number from Michael Kors, a Leopard Print Sheath Dress on Monday night and need a pair of gold heels to go with that. Let's look. How about these? Dolce & Gabbana 'Orlando' Cage Sandals, heels 3 1/2, metallic leather upper/leather and synthetic lining/leather sole. They call them "camel", I'll go with gold. Nordstrom's Item # 189020. Now, I've got a couple of LBD's that I need shoes for as well. Again, I'd like a couple of pairs of nice sandals for those too. here are a couple of pairs, I've seen at Sak's. A second pair of black sandals, I found at The Perfect Pair. Actually they are in Navy and I had to have them , being my namesake and all! They are Claudio Cuiti "Fionas"and a flat sandal. They are really different and so cute. The padded insole and cork heel provide the comfort, while the open and airy design captures the carefree sensations of springtime. Wear when you are in a good mood or in need of some cheer says the sales pitch! Patent leather. 1 inch cork heel. Leather sole. Medium width. Made in Italy. They are priced at $260.
Maybe if I see some more on my travels, I'll get some more.
